Fall Semester 2020 officially begins on September 1st. 

Please note that the following COVID-19 protocol will be strictly adhered to for all in-person lessons.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

1. Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask.
2. Students will be required to wash their hands before and after their lessons.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class time to give students enough time to wash their hands.
3. Students must wear masks during their lessons; teachers will also wear masks.
4. Parents are asked to wait in their vehicles while class is in session; exceptions to this will only
be made for parents of very young students or students who need their parents with them.
5. Anyone in the lobby should maintain adequate social distancing.
6. We strongly recommend payments be completed online through Venmo, Zelle, or
PayPal whenever possible; please contact us if you do not have our online payment information.
We will try to reduce in-person contact as much as possible for the safety of our Melody Institute families and staff.
- In-person payments will still be accepted. Please note that change will not be available for cash payments.
7. Students may be subject to a temperature check when entering the building.
8. Our Cancellation and Makeup Policy will be in full effect.
The school must be notified as early as possible if you will miss a class.
No-Shows will not be eligible for makeups per our policy.
By accepting services from Melody Institute of Music and Art, all students and families consent to
follow the COVID-19 protocol as outlined above. If you or your child have tested positive or been
exposed to a COVID-19 positive person, it is imperative that we are informed immediately.
